The baskets came squashed. They needed to be misted and ironed in order to take shape and stand up. They were also a faded black so they looked dusty. Make sure you really want them, because it'll cost you $27 to return them.

I got these to hide some less than 10" boxes, but the bins are 9" tops. Seem like good quality; would be a struggle to make them square without being filled, but definitely a lot smaller than advertised.

I ordered 6 of these to use in cube storage shelves my husband bought on clearance. First, I want to say all the people who complain that it was shipped folded flat. How else are they supposed to be shipped? All you have to do is roll up a blanket, stuff it in and leave it in the bin a day or two and they are fine. If you want to speed up the process of getting rid of the creases you can steam them. Just be sure to fill them with a blanket or several towels to hold the shape whike steaming. These are well made and sturdy. I love the color of the gray bins. I'm using them to hold some of my yarn stash. I have cats and these keep the cats hair away from my yarn. That said, when they first arrived I used a large blanket, rolled up to help them gain back their proper shape. The blanket was a bit heavy and I had no issues lifting the basket with a blanket inside. For reference, the cube storage in the photo was purchased from Target and I have included photos of the cube measurements. These bins fit snuggly. I like that they fill the cubes.Customer service: when my order arrived only three out of the six showed up on my porch. I contacted them and they sent out three more right away.I recommend these and plan to buy more.

Ordered these for a Closetmaid cubby tower with an awkward cube size. Most of the usual square baskets don’t fit in this space without a few inches of overhang because of the shallow depth, but these fit nicely. I got the dark gray color.I spent a few minutes trying to restore the shape by putting pillows inside and then using a steamer to smooth it out; I’m confident they’ll flatten out even more once I fill them up and some time goes by. Will give them another steam if needed, but so far, I’m happy with the product.While these baskets don’t have straight five star reviews, would also note that the seller isn’t bribing buyers by offering an incentive for a positive review. Gotta reward that honesty when so many Amazon sellers aren’t!
