Connecticut Electric manufactures new high quality replacement circuit breakers for Stab-Lok load centers that accept NA style circuit breakers. Circuit breakers should only be replaced with new tested and Safety Agency Listed circuit breakers, never used or refurbished ones.

This 120/240 volt Federal Pacific Electric, 40 amp, double pole, thick series replacement circuit breaker is used in a Federal Pacific (FPE) load center. Typical applications, up to 17,600 watts, include electric range (8KW - 10 KW), electric ovens, quick recovery hot water heaters and central residential air conditioners. These are only suggested applications and cannot assure compliance with all local codes. Please check local electrical codes before starting any electrical project.

I had to purchase this breaker to replace an old one that had stopped working. My electrician was able to install it immediately, which was really wonderful.I was really happy with how quickly it arrived and I was able to get my power back on.

My oven stopped working. Thought it was the oven so I got a cheap used one to make do. The used one didn’t work either. I then got suspicious of the breaker so I went to get buy a new one and everywhere said that you need to just replace the whole box. Federal pacific is outdated. I don’t have the money to do that. This went right in and now both ovens work. Next time I need a breaker I will buy one from here

We bought my daughter an older mobile home. It needed a new breaker shortly after moving in. We searched numerous places and no body had them. Thank God I found this on Amazon! Thank you so much!

The breaker was missing a wire attachment screw. I was able to fabricate one, thankfully!

I didnot like the metal prongs on this unit .They should have been copper. Ther is no csa stickeron it .I have not used it yet . I will have to get it looked at by an electrition

What I don’t like about it is that it doesn’t have that quality snap when engaging or disengaging the breaker that the other breakers in the panel have. That said it seems to be working fine.
