Really fun set of dice. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 is there are options to roll and have it land on a non number with some of the dice.

The dice are gorgeous, and other people often comment on them. They have good weight. Based on density, I suspect they are solid zinc. Except for the D20, they are all variations on a prisms (hexagonal prism, octagonal prism, etc.). Herein lies their only problem: The D12 and D6 both have a nasty habit of landing on their "feet," requiring a re-roll. Just as often, the D12 will land between two numbers, also requiring a re-roll. The D0 and D00 can both do the same, but it happens a lot less often. Some minor adjustments to the shapes would resolve these issues. Overall, I really enjoy these and am a fan of the unique styling.

Dice are exactly as pictured - easily readable with a nice weight. They "roll" a bit strange since their center of gravities are off-center, especially the d10. The only one that's slightly difficult to read instantly is the d12, as the numbers are on both ends and you need to see which one is laying flat - which isn't immediately obvious at a 45-degree angle.I always think it's neat to see non-geometric shape dice, and these pull it off well.

These dice are definitely different and will bring a lot of interest at your next in person D&D session. Brings a whole new visual exclamation point to shouting "Fire Ball #$% *&@%!" as each one is a different explosive device. Nice vintage Steam Punk look, HEAVY and good quality. The numbers are readable and they come with a nice faux alligator skin pouch in black with a sort of "punisher" skull embossed on it with a D20 in his forehead. These do have so rather sharp pointy parts so I wouldn't roll them directly on a wooden or glass table without some protection. They won't hurt your hands if you are careful but I certainly wouldn't use one of these to hurl at your diabolical DM in retaliation. I also recommend you use the pouch for these to keep them separate from your other dice as they could easily damage more fragile dice like stone and softer resin ones if you dump them all together in a big pouch loose.I don't think these are dice to be used all the time but saved for special rolls or occasions. Your friends will definitely be impressed because these are literally "da bomb".

WHAT I LIKE. Superb quality! The finish and the details are amazing. My picture doesn't quite do the color justice - actual color is closer to the listing's picture. These have a clean, polished finish that give them an antique, steampunk look. (Gorgeous!) They've got a nice heft to them for a weighty throw - makes you want to shout "Fire In The Hole!" as you rain heII down on your enemies. The readability is fantastic. The numbers are a good size and have a dark contrast, in keeping with the overall look and feel, making them easy to read from a distance. I like that this comes as a 7-die set (D4-D%), with each die a different ordinance type. I also like the leather pouch. It's got a faux alligator skin exterior and thin felt interior. It both looks nice and protects the dice from scratching things.WHAT I DON'T LIKE. Not so much complaints, but more things to watch out for. One, with these being metal, they have sharp edges, corners and points. Not sharp enough to hurt yourself, but enough to damage some surfaces, so be careful where you roll them. Two, the cylindrical dice (D6 and D10 especially, D8 and D% less so) have flat ends that could have them land on end (instead of a number). In that case, I guess you could either re-roll, or count it as a bonus hit. Three, the D8, D10 and D12 can be hard to tell which is which quickly. An identifier on the bottom might have been helpful. (Though, if these end up being your go-to set, I'm sure you'll have them memorized in no time).Bottom line: Very cool and a "must have" for the sappers on your team (or if you just like being able to throw high explosive ordinances downrange in your campaign!)

These are certainly cool dice. They look really fun and have a great, heavy feel in your hand. With the theme, they would would work well with a modern age RPG with a war or weapon focus like Twilight 2000 or Top Secret.A couple things to be aware of though - they're heavy and could easily dent a wooden table, you'll want to use a mat or dice tray. Since they're not the standard shapes you do have to get used to which bomb corresponds to which die.A lot of metal dice are overly ornate and hard to read. I like that these have fun, thematic shapes but aren't overly complicated and you can read the numbers easily.
