Picked up their weight backpack and was in the market for a dip belt, decided to bundle em. Very happy I did so. Belt feels good and solid. Dipped with a 45 plate and it felt good. The strap being not-a-chain was initially a worry for me, but the zero pinch chance is a big plus, the weights sit well - and a 110 lb capacity should be fine when combining use with the backpack. Weights hang a little low for my taste, is my only nitpick.

Very good belt designed for belt squats or other similar exercises. It’s comfortable, affords good support, and it’s well made.

For the price paid, it's better than a "chain dip belt."I appreciated the waist velcro strap to prevent slippage, but velcro is a weak link in the amount of force required for back support. The straps were well constructed however the quality of the carabiners were noticeably cheap. I could've/would've made this item work if it didn't mandate the straps and weight to be located on the inner thigh and inguinal area during belt squats. This belt would be fine if only used for dips/pullups. Not so much for squats.

Great Quality belt. I've had it over a year now and my strength has skyrocketed. Worked my way up to a 2 plate pullup and 3 plate dip. I went to a gym in a different city and I left behind the part that disconnects and holds the weight. I drove back and it was gone. Is there a way to order just that piece or do I have to order a whole new belt?

Comparing to the Spud belt for reference. The spud belt is much heavier material, stronger stitching, and larger thick Rings. Unfortunately it tends to dig into my hips leaving bruises and scrapes at almost any angle or position doing any exercise with weights over 200lbs.Anyone who has done their research knows what the most popular belt is…and knows the price tag. For this reason I decided to give this one a try first. This belt has decent quality and is comfortable at rest. The stitching is nice (but doesn’t appear as strong). The Velcro is sticky and it can accommodate a variety of waist sizes and will stay on well. If you exit an exercise by taking off the belt or unloading then slipping out, this is not the belt for you. If you just need something to hold 20lbs, this belt is definitely deluxe for that purpose.I would consider this belt “light duty.” Just fine (actually great) for dips and pull up’s but won’t get it done for sled pulls, belt squats, belt deadlifts, etc. The D rings at the clips make me nervous and I can see them popping at a bad time.Unfortunately at any position weights over 200lbs dig into my hips and this belt is no better than the Spud in that regard coupled with the fact that you can’t ditch out of it and the D rings aren’t as sturdy looking as I’d like.I will be returning this and trying the most popular online version. I think I would say anyone looking at pulling heavier loads or who has experienced hip bone issues with these products do the same.

I use this with 2x40kg plates and gave no issues. Belt is secure and very comfortable and it doesn’t have the stupid chain like other belts (it’s a strap). Velcro seems like it will last a long time.

The belt is awesome. I like everything about the belt portion. The width, comfort, support, where the loops are, how it straps in, etc. If I had to be critical, I would say the strap that holds a weight could have adjustment loops on it. That way you could change how far down the weight hangs. I love the strap vs a chain, but it needs adjustment loops. Kind of like you could with a chain. But the good part is, if you want to make it like a chain, just go to the local hardware store and buy the length of chain you want. It's probably like $5

Updated for longevity and troubleshooting information:Again, I'm using this belt to walk two 108lb Borzoi dogs, sometimes accompanied by my 70lb greyhound dog-in-law.Can report more than a year later that the unit is still solid, no issues, Velcro still good, no fraying, the dip strap is still in great condition despite repeated efforts by my furry idiots to drag me across the street to go meet another dog.The only issue I've encountered is the "male" part of the Velcro is aggressive (as it darn well should be for this application) and can snag stuff, including, unfortunately, the inside of a coat or vest worn over it.The hack to fix that is to pick up a few feet of 3 or 4" wide Velcro, determine exactly where the end of the belt is when it's all installed on your body the way you like it, and use the "female " side of the Velcro you bought to render inert the belts' male Velcro. I ordered some 2" for this, not quite wide enough, had to use two strips.Pics of that and the fully assembled dog-walking rig added to review. Only required aftermarket add on is the welded steel ring to clip the leashes on to, any decent hardware store has for a couple bucks.-----Most of the reviews are from guys who do dips and whatnot. Too old for that. But I wanted a belt that I could clip my 100-lb dogs' leashes to, and take a walk without destroying my rotator cuffs.I have leashes that came with skinny little belts. Leashes are great, but the belts nearly cut me in half when the dogs pull. This is a Large padded belt, able to be attached fully to my body and adjusted for fit, the dip strap gets a welded steel ring over it to give me something to clip the leashes to. The dip strap gets clipped on right d-ring, threaded through left d-ring, and other end again clipped to right side. That gives me great control, a sliding mount point for the leashes so the dogs can go to either side without torquing my body.Sturdy and Durable. Wide and padded. Great weight distribution when they pull.If your dogs are even dumber than mine and pull uncontrollably, the configuration I have will snug up because of how the dip strap is configured, but you could always tie knots in the ends to shorten it and just go straight left to right.
