Not sure what you can improve on here. nice mirror for my kids' shower. Just be aware that it has a blue plastic film on it, and underneath a second colorless protective film that needs to come off first

The whole reason I am writing this review is because it is easy to think this item is defective. It is absolutely not defective. The item has two protective films on it. Not one, but two. If you peel off the top protective film you will get a hazy image and think it’s defective. If you peel off the bottom film, it will work exactly as you expect. It’s a mirror that works great. Warm it up in the shower stream and it will be fog free.

Very well made, perfect for shaving especially after I shattered my old mirror to million pieces in the bathroom. No more shattered glass! Make sure you peel off all the plastic layers.

great for kids, my 5 YO wanted a mirror in her room. this is a good first step and safe, probably not as perfectly clear reflection as a traditional mirror but good enough for an unbreakable one

These mirrors are a great accessory to have in the shower. I’ve had a couple of these over the years, and this one is similar to plastic, so no worry about it falling off and breaking. This mirror comes with a small hook with two-sided tape. I used my suction cup hanger instead, and it holds fine. Like the other mirrors I have, this one also fogs up. To fix this, I put the mirror under the water for a few seconds on each side to equalize the mirror's temperature to the water. The mirror has a protective film on both the front and back, os make sure to remove it before using it. This mirror is at a great value and relatively inexpensive. No reason not to get it!

If you like shaving while in the shower, waiting on conditioner, etc., this is a great accessory. The material is very similar to the reflective plastic of a blank DVD. (It's probably literally the same material.) So just like you can drop a DVD and it doesn't shatter, this won't either. It comes with a little metal hook that has a sticky backing, so you can lift the mirror off if needed. I mounted it at face height so that it's ready to use.The FIRST thing you will need to do is heed the warning on the back.... (see photo of sticker). It comes with a blue film over the mirror part, which you can easily peel off. HERE'S THE THING, though, I was about to write a scathing review because there was a smudge on the surface, and when I tried to wipe it off, it got SCRATCHES all over! I tried strong cleaners, etc., it only got worse. THEN it occurred to me... this is another film. And sure enough, picking at the edge I discovered there was a SECOND layer of film over the mirror surface! Peeled that away and it was golden. The surface is as scratch-resistant as a typical DVD or CD. For general use in the shower, it will not be an issue.The sticker specifically mentions "a" protective film, not two sets of protective films, blue and clear, so MAKE SURE you pull them BOTH before using. I don't know if this was an assembly glitch. Maybe the second film was meant to go on the back (and then warning sticker over that), or maybe they just realized one layer was not enough. But since the second layer IS CLEAR, it's easy to see where this would leave buyers thinking it's a bad product, since "it scratches easily".The mirror itself is as good as a glass mirror. So, it's perfect for any shower.

This is a very basic shower mirror that will work fine but in this instance you really will get what you pay for.The plastic scratches VERY easy. (I cleaned a small smudge with a tissue and it scratched the surface.)

Ok, full disclosure... I love this mirror; however, I found out (too late) that there is no place I can put this mirror because the size of my shower walls. So, I use a stand mirror (check last pic) and turned it around and stuck the hook to the back. Then hung the mirror. IT WORKS! I now have a front and back mirror. But I digress. The pix show the notice on the back, and the others are with the protective film, with the film partly peeled off, and lastly, the mirror in place. I must say that I was surprised that a plastic mirror is so reflective, but it is better than the stand mirror. I recommend this mirror, and the price isn't bad for the reflective quality.
