Great product, easy to work with / cut to fit.I had an old chainsaw that the frocking had disintegrated from the air filter, I easily cut a piece of the foam and installed it in the air filter body .

I use this as mechanical media in my Fluval Evo 13.5. 60PPI on top, a layer of this 40PPI next, a layer of 30PPI, then another later of 60PPI on top of bio-balls for stability. The setup provides excellent filtration.

Looks like good product to replace OEM foam filter on my generator that fell apart after few years in storage. Did not use the generator that often other than to run it a three times a year or so to make sure it would work in the event of an emergency. Hopefully this filter will not degrade and fall apart like the OEM filter. I was lucky that the OEM filter did not get sucked into the engine and cause problems in the carburetor or the engine.
