Sturdy Material
Take apart the fork
Slide the old seals off.
Inspect the stanchion for blemishes and repair before the new bush is installed
Oil the inner surface of the new seal with fresh fork oil
Slip the seal over the top of the stanchion and slide it down to the slider.
Assemble the fork seal driver tool as shown in the pic
Press the adapters against the seal, and slide the driver tool up and down several times.
Until seal is pushed into the slider. Fork seal is installed.

Comes with 6 different size plastic adapters which can be used for most conventional and upside down front forks.
Adapter sizes (in mm): 35/36, 40/41, 42/43, 45/46, 47/48, 49/50.

The red inserts would never stay snapped in place, and would always flop out during impact.

It’s nice to have a selection of sizes and not have to play with those one size fits all fork seal drivers. Only problem I’ve had so far is it doesn’t do the smaller fork seals, such as the CRF 110f. But with a little bit of ingenuity it worked out. Just a good set of fork seal drivers.

The red inserts do not fit in the Ram holder. Do to this, I was unable to seat my fork seals with this tool kit.

Great tool to have when you service multi brand and size bikes. HD plastic shims in various sizes to fit the different size forks and seals. Great buy.
