Product is as described. It was shipped in a shrinkwrapped package. Once opened, expanded to twice the size of the box it shipped in. Very nice quality for use in upholstery projects. Price point might be a little higher than the average batting.

This polyester batting has a nice scrim finish on either side to keep it together and from fraying. Likely perfect for quilting my plan is to use it inside some toss pillows that have lost their fluffiness. The material has a nice loft and is very easy to cut and work with because of the scrim material that holds it together. This is a single piece folded and then vacuum sealed - it fluffs up immediately when cut out of the bag. Lightweight and absolutely no noxious smell. I’m looking forward to using it on my upholstery projects.

When I opened the vacuum packed package, the batting just expanded to its thickness right away. This is a good indication of its fluffiness and that it won't flatten right away. Great to use wrapping a foam insert for pillows or cushions but it still does not add much weight and is soft to the touch. Unlike the other batting I've used, this one is not scratchy to the skin and to the touch. I will be using this to fix our ottomans that are already worn down from years and years of use. As indicated in the description, you can actually use this for different projects and I can say you won't be disappointed. Price point is good and reasonable for the quality it offers. However, I got the 36" x 10 yards which is short of the 48"x 10 yards indicated.

I have been working on a project this year of making 12 different sets of 25 quilt blocks to make Project Linus quilts. I hope to be able to make at least 12 quilt tops that will be about 46" x 46" in size which is perfect for a baby/toddler quilt. This quilt batting comes in such a size as to make the cutting of the batting easy. It should make at least 8 baby quilts. Or I may make some lap quilts that I have pieced the tops but haven't yet quilted them. I love piecing quilt tops and then I would really prefer that someone else finishes them up for me. But I have a lot of quilts to put together and this batting will really help.I appreciate the opportunity to use this batting. Thank you.

I ordered this batting for pillow stuffing. It works great! I thought it was going to be a little stiffer, but it is soft to the touch. I cut the batting into squares laid atop each other until I obtained the thickness I wanted, it made for perfect pillows. Even though I did not pay for it, the price of $38 for 10 yards seems like a total deal to me. I am very happy with this batting.

I use this type of batting for upholstery work. This batting is uniform in color and thickness and wraps around foam without problem. As the listing states, it can be used for crafts and quilting too. It arrives vacuum packed and ready to use. At 4x30 ft, you get plenty of material to work with.

This batting is a full inch thick and as soft as can be! We measured the entire length and width at 10 yards by 48 inches. Fortunately, I had an empty cardboard tube to roll it up until I need it for my next project. This is top quality, luxurious batting! I plan to use this only on cushions for indoor or outdoor furniture. It could be used in a quilt, but it's a bit thicker than I prefer for quilting - I'd rather use this type of batting in upholstery. I'm amazed at the low price of this batting - the quality far exceeds the price! I will order more when I run out of this!

At 48 inches wide, this batting is well suited for use in small and medium size quilts such as cushions, pillows and small quilts. No need to piece together batting! For example, it is soft, fluffy, and a perfect size for baby quilts. The product description lists imaginative other uses, such as in upholstery, holiday displays (as snow?) and fish tank filters (!).The pure white color is excellent, with no dark spots to show through the covering fabric. The 100% polyester is durable, breathable, and quick-drying. It is of medium thickness and lightweight - 100 gsm or 3 oz (that is, 100 grams per square meter or 3 ounces per square yard).This is excellent batting. I highly recommend it.
