Installed in my 2001 Volvo S60 around 211k miles. The relay box (under the hood, on the driver's side) has a few of these relays. I noticed my wiper fluid was intermittently working, and traced it back to one of my OEM Volvo relays having-failed (PN 9441161). This aftermarket URO relay is the replacement. It also fits the freon compressor and horn. I pre-emptively replaced all (3) of those relays with these URO ones, and bought a 4th as a spare (and installed in the "heater" module, which my car isn't equipped with).I'll update if the part fails (or doesn't) in the future.
