Turns out the old Volvo had another problem which heated up the serpentine belt and melted the new pulley. Not the part's fault, I tried to do the work fast in lousy weather and paid for the lack of attention to detail.

I ended up buying this exact part from another online parts place for about the same money and shipping ended up being about $9 but they say they can get the part to me in about 5 days instead of 2 to 5 weeks as Amazon states. So if you are between a Rock (auto) and a hard place for buying it check out someplace that will get it to you quicker. like Rock Auto . comI found the dimensions to be what i needed after getting info from the mfg. center hole is about 8 mm and the outer wheel is about 90 so it is the one i needed for a 93 Volvo 850 GLT 850/V70 .
