This GusHill USA Coupler Latch Lock is exactly what I hoped it would be. Lately, there has been an abundance of trailers being stolen in our rural area. This coupler lock is one way to help prevent that from happening. It locks the coupler in the closed position, which prevents a thief from hooking up to your trailer and driving away.The lock is compact, and the 3/4” gap makes it too close to cut the pin with bolt cutters. When you insert the key, you turn the key until the gap closes tightly on the coupler lever. Please note that thieves can easily lift the tongue and walk away with the trailer if your trailer is smaller and not connected to a vehicle. So, it’s advisable to have an unhitched trailer secured by a wheel lock, chain, or something like that.Conclusion: I have several GusHill USA products, and none have disappointed me, and this one is no exception. It has exceeded my expectations, and that gets it a five-star rating. I recommend it with confidence. At less than nine bucks, it’s a good value.
