Exactly as pictured, and has a good weight to it to prove that it's an actual challenge coin. The colors are vibrant, and you can read the words without any issues. Highly recommend.

This is a strikingly good challenge coin and impressive in several aspects. The size is perfect and it comes in a clear plastic case. The front has an impressive 3-D eagle with an anchor and the flag colors are vibrant and stand out from a distance. I like the gold text lettering on both sides. The weight is perfect. The reverse with the Sailor's Creed is beautifully done in gold text with a blue field background. I am so glad to add this one to my collection of military challenge coins. I have tried to take photos that do it justice, but my camera, despite being 64 megapixels, is not so good with a close-up focus like this.
