I purchased this fan in February 2025 and as of today I'm ready to toss it out the door. It shuts off on its own and I have to either tap on it or move it to come back on. The fan does get shut off and stays off for approximately 8-10 hours, so it's never overheated. I have noticed if I wiggle the wire in the back of the fan it sometimes turns it back on as well. Very frustrated, not happy with the fan and won't purchase again.

its bigger then what I expected but still great purchase, using at work at the airport were sometimes air movement is not existing and this helps keeps the air moving and myself cool with the work uniform.

I'm a hot/cold sleeper, made worse with menopause. After years of trying various fans, bedding, pajamas, etc., that never really worked or caused so much noise that neither of us got much sleep, I discovered this fan, and now we both sleep deeper than teens on school vacation! It's pretty quiet, and even quieter when placed on a small computer mouse pad that dampens the slight vibration. I've taken it along when traveling - it's very light & compact to fit in a small bag - and the adjustable vertical angle makes it easy to direct the airflow so it hits you where you want, even if the nightstand and bed are are very different heights. Best features are NO ANNOYING LED LIGHT and no clicks, beeps or hard to find controls. Just a single, easy to find knob that rotates to gradually turn up the speed from low to high. Every other bedside fan I've tried had contols that started on high, were loud with clicks or beeps, needed two hands - one to hold the fan and the other to adjust it & turn on-off, or had a bright LED light to indicate power & charging status. This one doesn't have a battery, so it always needs to be plugged into a power souce to operate, and you'll need a USB charging block to plug it in, but who doesn't have a bunch of those in a drawer someplace? An old one from an old phone worked fine for me. The knob is easy to find & operate in the dark when half asleep, just faint click as it turns on-off, and instant relief & back to sleep. It makes quite a cool breeze, too. I keep it about 18 inches away on the nightstand, aimed at head & shoulders, and get such a nice, quiet & cooling breeze that I rarely need to turn it beyond the lowest setting. The noise doesn't wake up the dog or the husband, and I can turn this baby on-off without completely waking, or being kept awake by lights & noise. Took it on vacation last year, our timing was lousy - heat wave in the 80's & humid, and our B&B room was on a 3rd floor without AC. I set this fan on the dresser a few feet from the foot of the bed, turned it up half way, and we were both cool & comfortable all night.
