When my wireless headset went down a couple of months ago, I've struck with not being able to connect without having a speaker phone set up on my workstation. The downside of this is that it caught all the ambient noise in the room so a noise cancelling headphone was essential to getting set back up in a home that has two offices one right next to each other.I really like this headset because of the fact that it has the ability to just plug in with USB and not needing any additional drivers to be installed. In addition to this, one of the other things that I really love about it is the fact that I can just disconnect the headset from the volume up and down connection and be able to walk away from my desk and then just come back in and plug in the 3.5mm Jack. This is incredibly convenient when you have something on the stove and you need to jump back and forth in between multiple calls without having to take your headset off each time you step away from your desk.Since the time that I have originally replaced this I ended up replacing it with a wireless headset, but i often turn to this unit whenever I'm away from my desk and am working remotely.

One month. That's all the longer it lasted. Now it's stuck with Mute on. I've unplugged it, used air to clean out tiny plug, restarted my computer, just plain stuck with Mute on all the time.

I used this as a go to till I could do some research on a different type. These were plug and play and worked well for what I was needing them for.

This USB headset works perfectly for my work-from-home contracted job that requires a USB connection, but I also love that it can be used with my phone using an adapter. The sound quality is clear, and the noise-canceling microphone makes calls much easier to hear. It's well-made and comfortable for long hours of use. For the price, it's a great option for anyone needing a reliable headset for work or calls. Highly recommend!

This was an ok headset, with decent sound quality, and acceptable microphone quality. The issue I had with it was that it didn't fit my head. Even on the smallest setting, it was significantly too large, sitting about an inch above my head when I positioned the earpeices over where they were comfortable on my ears, and I have a normal sized head. As such they are not really functional, and so I cannot give them a high score or recommend them for others - there are just too many other options out there in this category to settle.

This was a nice little headset I got for work. I was worried about the one ear type headsets but the audio is clear and I have no trouble listening to anything playing through it, be it music or someone calling. It's pretty clear with no static or volume troubles for me, and while it looks uncomfortable and like the flat side might dig in, I haven't had any issues with it doing that. It's been pretty comfortable to wear through a long day.
