First time doing a review but I think this is owed one. Just about every piece had some sort of chipped paint or gash in it, missing parts, the cross bars get stuck alot and the directions can be a little confusing . Very crappy piece of equipment, would never buy this brand again.

We love it! Definitely the best bang for you buck, it’s has a very sturdy feel. When we bought it we were a little worried that the cables would feel cheesy, but with a little lube on the cable tracks they don’t catch at all! We have several Valor Fitness products now and we will continue to purchase form them. When the product arrived it was missing several items (UPS destroyed one of the boxes) so I contacted Valor and their customer service is 5 star. Within the next day they had the missing items shipped. Would definitely recommend any of their products, especially the power cage with cables.

Nice rack. Would of received 5 stars except it was manufactured incorrectly. One of the top side braces had the tube that inserts into the vertical post welded 180 degrees out resulting in the holes for the 2 bolts being 180 degrees out of alignment. This is poor quality control and no attention to detail. Rather than send it back or wait for a replacement part, I drilled the holes for the two bolts in the correct location. It's a shame because aside from that the product is good quality with nice fit and finish. It arrived extremely well packed and went together easily ( except for having to drill two holes).Update - changed my review to 5 stars. I love this rack. Very sturdy, heavy duty, inspires confidence that nothing is going to break.

I was doubtful between this and the Titan T2. I decided to buy this to buy this one because the square pipe is half inch bigger and the pull up bar is more elevated. Also all the different option you have with the pull up bar was not in the T2. Over all construction rock solid with reinforcements in the corners. The pull up bar is powder coated and has a good feeling to it, a bit coarse. All holes can be identified with numbers, stickers included. The J hooks have too much play for my taste but they are well built and powder coated too.It took my around 30 min to get it assembled, very easy and straightforward.I'm very happy with this purchase.

I researched many power cages and this has all the features I was looking for. 12 gauge steel, six v-hooks(most have only 2 and charge for more) and solid steel safety bars. Most racks in this price range have a depth of 24" this one gives you over 32". I inverted the pull up bridge/monkey bar due to the low ceiling I have, works perfectly. I am 5'10" and even inverted it does not interfere in any way. This rack is solid and I am very glad I kept researching until I found this one. I also bought the rep fitness adjustable bench to go with this rack. A year and a half and this will pay for itself vs gym fees!

Overall this is a great product. The packaging was great. The boxes were a little beat up from the travels, but didn't affect the contents inside in any way. The shipment comes in three separate boxes, and each one is heavy so be prepared for that. The rack is pretty simple to put together, and the instructions for the most part are adequate. I put the rack together by myself in approx. 3 hours. Getting on the Valor Fitness website and looking up the rack also helps with visuals if need be.I also purchased the lat bar set-up (which is a great addition) and this is where I ran into a little hiccup. The top cross piece/supporting member on the rack had the factory holes drilled into the sides INSTEAD of through the top and bottom. I won't lie. This was very disappointing. While I know this isn't 'top of the line' equipment, it is very good equipment and with the lat bar set up I did spend close to $750 for the setup. That to me is a pretty big chunk of change. It did make me mad that I had to pull that piece out and drill it. I'm lucky I guess that I do have good tools and a drill press to make my own holes. I feel for those that don't have that luxury because in my opinion, this is an unacceptable setback, and honestly I should ding my rating at least another star or two because of it, but I feel overall it's a great product. What bothers me the most is I did send Valor an email to let them know and I've yet to hear back from them. Again, I was lucky to be able to take care of this issue myself, others that run into this issue...well be warned. You can either wait for Valor to 'hopefully' respond or take care of it yourself.Anyway, I punched the new holes and the lat bar fits great (thanks to me!). The rack is very sturdy and solid. For the money, a great product other than some quality control issues. I do and will recommend this product with a note of caution that some quality control issues may have to be taken care of by the purchaser.I'll be interested to see if Valor ever responds.**edit** ---> I did hear from Crystal from Valor and was taken care of! I won't bump up my rating because the quality control issues exist, but I can say Valor stands up for their product and makes it right. I love my cage and it has been a great edition to our home gym. I would recommend this product.

i did a lot of research. This cage for its price, it's hands down a great value! The first pic shows the paint chip issue and the hooks as well as the peg alignment. The cage is deep enough to where you can bench on the other end if you want to attach the weight pegs. I already have three trees. Even if you purchase the Olympic plate converters for this machine it's STILL high quality for its price.I don't care about the paint chipping. I'm in my gym to work. Seems like a silly thing to get pissed about. The hooks actually make the "lift offs" easier and less issues with the joint. I also bought the attachment and it works wonders!I dropped a 405 squat mid rep and the cage didn't budge! I do pull-ups at my 255 pound body weight and the cage sits nicely with no sway. The other pic is my doing a 405 sumo with the pegs (which all the clips I received fit nicely) and the cage again sat perfectly still!-Amanda's husband.
