We liked this unit because of the knobs. Unfortunately the front burner didn't work right out of the box. We tried moving the unit to another outlet and then we noticed none of the burners would work. Even though build quality was good I am not confident with internal quality.

Ordered two units in succession. Both had bad power switches for the left side controls. Unable to turn the burner on or off.High price for a single burner.

I bought this for my 85 year old aunt with very low vision as that's how it was advertised. Didn't really work as she couldn't tell what was going on. When I used it, it worked fine and as expected for a full vision person. I ended up getting her a LG Stove that was Alexa compatible and that has worked GREAT.

I never received an answer from the seller in regards to this unit being 3000W so I ordered it to test myself. Sure enough the cooktop only pulls 1800W max. This is obvious to an electrician, as the unit only has a standard 15amp plug (max watts being 1800w on a 15amp circuit at 120v) ... but to the average consumer this being advertised as a 3000W cooktop is misleading!Yes, one burner can do 1800w and the other 1300w... so "3000w" total... but it cant run both burners on full at the same time. It uses a "power sharing feature" when both burners are on as to no exceed the 1800w maximum. this is the reason for 3 stars as this is not made clear at all on the product page and is not even noted in the manual that this is how the unit functions.Otherwise this is a solid option if you are looking for a cheap 1800w cooktop. Its sleek and compact. Looks modern and honestly heated up fast. The only other negative is audible sounds this unit makes. The beeping sound is quite loud and annoying when spinning the dials to set the temperature. This unit also has the high pitched hum of an induction cooktop, which is normal, but seems slightly more pronounced then other units I've used. Most likely due to cheaper components used to keep the price down. Not a huge deal but just thought id note it.I was willing to keep the unit despite the false advertising and the loud sounds the unit makes because the price was so competitive! However, once I tried to put my largest pot and frying pan on the two burners at the same time I was not able to because of the large control dials. A unit with larger burners and smaller touch controls at the bottom will work better for me. I will be returning the unit for something double the price unfortunately.

[PROS]✔The glass cooktop looks sleek and sturdy.✔The performance is great and it’s very easy to use✔Provides extra burner if you need to do more cooking✔It doesn’t take too much space and easy to store away[CONS]✘ During my review, I was unable to find any issues with this product. In the event I discover something in the future, I will update this review.[PRODUCT EXPERIENCE] ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The VBGK Double Induction Cooktop burner is currently priced at $239.99 at the time of this review. I found it very easy to use and you really don’t need to do much, just plug it in and it’s ready to use. It heats up pretty fast and does what it is supposed to do, but it works best with stainless steel and cast iron pots and may not work too well with lighter pans.

I have a gas stove which is great, but sometimes we want to have a korean bbq cooked at the dinner table, and this induction cooktop is perfect for that. It has to heating areas and using the proper cookware, it heats up quickly and gives good control of the temperature. The build quality is great, and the instructions are very clear (although it contains weird English sentences so a better care of translations would be good).Overall a great product.

In an effort to improve this household's air quality, this product is a temporary replacement for a gas range. When I first noticed the on line description for this remarkable, cooktop, I knew it was just what I wanted. In addition to improving indoor air quality, compared to gas appliances; this cost saving product is about three times more energy-efficient.Since my kitchen has limited space, one of the first things I noticed was the cooktop's sleek (21"Dx11.3"Wx3.14") design. This product is a good fit for my compact space. Undoubtedly this product is not the size of your standard stove, however, it does meet all your cooking needs. Though unlike cookware for traditional gas & electric appliances •induction stove/tops are compatible with magnetic pots and pans such as cast iron and stainless steel (teflon cookware does not work) This 9 power level, portable product plugs into a 110-120V electrical outlet with features that include overheat protection, automatic shutdown and small object detection. It's reassuring to know that this product has a number of functions to help prepare meals safely and worry free.Since I had gotten accustomed to electric and gas cooking appliances, learning to operate my first-ever ( glass) induction stovetop is somewhat more confusing than I imagined. Many thanks to seller for the enclosed comprehensive product manual. The pamphlet is very helpful as I review pertinent sections each time the product is used. While I Iook forward to enjoying more rapid heating performances from this magnificent product, I do recommend.

We are currently using a single burner induction cooktop in between getting a new 5-6 burner cooktop to replace our current one that stopped working. When I saw this, I thought it would be perfect, since we have had to be very creative in how we prepare meals using only one burner.Initially, it looked like a very high quality cooktop. I figured the knobs would be easy to use. The directions were a little confusing, and I even checked the listing of the item to see if there were any hints there. I plugged the unit in, but only one side would turn on when pressing the area above by the knob to turn it on. (And yes, I had pans on the burners, as you can't turn it on unless the pans are there first.) The other side would not budge, no matter how hard I pressed or how lightly. I unplugged the unit several times and nothing changed. Then I decided to jiggle the electrical cord, and that did the trick. If I moved the cord, it wouldn't turn on again.Once I got both burners on, I tried using the cooktop. We have induction cookware, so I knew that wouldn't be an issue, but it was very cumbersome having both pans on at the same time. I should have measured to see how our pans would fit. (They are not very big pans.) They heated the pans up quickly, but I don't think I would feel very comfortable using both at the same time, which defeats the purpose of me choosing this item. The biggest issue I had was the unit not fully functioning unless I played around with the placement of the cord. I don't want to chance having a fire.
