This is the cutest little pallet jack, I call it "baby jack" - it works great. I specifically got it for 4BW type 55 gallon drums, and the forks fit perfectly in the pockets of these drums. It is light duty, but that's what you expect from a jack this size. It lifts drums great.

This was wonderful to moved heavy equipments on pallet. Need longer forks for bigger pallets.

Looks like a toy, almost feels like a toy but gets the task done! Will order a 2nd for the workplace if this oner remains sturdy over some time and use.

Well i would like to say Amazon delivery were on their game, the item was delivered at 8:30am on a Saturday. The lack of instructions made it kinda of a guessing game, but I had a larger pallet jack to compare with so it was ready to work in minimal time. I used it the rest of the day, made light work for small clumsy items.

Jack works good but it is sent without instructions. It was pretty cut and dry when looking at it but would be much simpler with a tiny 1 page picture of instructions.
