It contains active ingredients that are specially formulated to control nitrogen waste products in the urine of the dog to help prevent unpleasant yellow spots appear on your lawn. This supplement also contains effective extract yucca schidigera plant, which helps bind the nitrogen in the urine of the dog, and B vitamins and essential amino acids. The product works best when administered in conjunction with a controlled diet of protein.

Have been using it for over two months 3 pills a day has made no difference my dog is a staffy cross mastiff but clearly doesnt work on her grass is as bad as ever.. Would be great if it worked for us but doesnt.

I was a little sceptical but this stuff actually seems to work. Our female dog almost destroyed our house lawn last year but so far this year it looks good. We have a 55lb dog and she gets 2 tabs per day when she's in the city. I have a suspicion that its making her sleepy but not sure.

This product does work for my 60 lb German Shepherd, but unfortunately, this is the second time I've ordered it and half of the pills crumbled to dust. It ships from England, and I don't think the little bit of cotton keeps the pills from jostling around without destroying them. Now it's no longer convenient to drop 2 pills in my dog's bowl twice a day. Unless they coat the pills or send them locally within the US, I won't be buying it again, sadly.

These are great at eliminating lawn burn - we have three dogs and over the years I’ve tried different brands, but these do the job. The tablets are large (about the diameter of a one pence piece and about 5mm thick) but with a bit of food they go down easily enough.

I had high hopes for this product but unfortunately this product made two of my three dogs (the basset hound and yellow lab) terribly sick. I came home to diarrhea and vomit everywhere and it lasted for over a two week period. Over two weeks of coming home to diarrhea on the carpet. At first I thought it was just the lab that was sick so I took her to the vet and got her on medicine. I stopped giving her the supplements at the vets directive thinking maybe she just had a sensitive digestive tract but continued giving the supplements to my other two dogs. That’s when I noticed it was affecting the basset hound too. I immediately stopped giving the supplements to the remaining two dogs. The basset continued having loose stools for about a week so I took him to the vet as well. Both the lab and basset had to be put on antibiotics and anti-diarrheal. Unfortunately this $30 product ended up costing me over $200 in vet bills and $250 for a new carpet shampooer.

I switched from a different brand that wasn't quite working--and the Vetiq brand truly works 100% for my dog. Her pee used to burn my grass, but not anymore! I give her the supplement year-round, even when there's snow on the ground, because I've discovered that the lawn will still burn in the dead of winter. She LOVES the vitamins, too, and quickly starts drooling when I'm opening the container. DEFINITELY recommend! Make sure to stock up ahead of time if ordering internationally, as shipping takes a bit longer.

I have used these for years and found them very effective. People don't notice that you don't have brown spots and are surprise I have a dog. I can also tell when a wandering neighbor dog has visited.

Dog doesn't like them, have to feed her 4 at a time. She eats around them in her food, even when broken into quarters. Requires peanut butter or coconut oil to coax her to eat them. But they do work.

I like this product. It keeps my lawn green. My dog chews them up like a treat. I like that I only have to give my 25 pound dog 1 large pill. I would highly recommend this.

Works well to manage the burn out in our yard. We give these to our dogs for 3 months and then give them a break for 2 months. My dogs have been on Green Ums for years, with no problems (but always check with your vet!).
