Ordered this product directly from the Vevor website. It is a good machine, that makes Espresso, Double Expresso, Americano, hot water and steam. Prompt shipping.Instructions provided are clear and easy to understand, just take your time with it. There are other functions of the machine that are explained to maintain and clean the machine. Cleaning the machine isn't hard. The display of the machine is nice, on the front and slanted for easy reading. The top of the machine is flat, the bean hopper lid has a seal around it that will fit the lid tight and keep out air.The taste of the coffees took time to adjust to because of the grinding. After about five different tries and adjustments, was able to get a decent taste without it being so bitter. The only thing I don't like about this machine is that you cannot adjust the temperature. If there is an adjustment, it isn't in the instruction book, and the coffees come out hot, but for me, not hot enough.This is a great entry level espresso maker, after mild adjustments the drinks are good and it does what it claims to do. I gave mine to my daughter who loves it, my purchasing a different machine that has more options and has hot water temperature settings. However for the price and the basic functionality, this espresso maker isn't a bad deal.
