They’re perfect, but the stick seems quite long. It’s not a problem, just something I’m not used to. Overall, they feel great and balance in my hands well.

Bought these for my percussion class wanting to get back into practice and these mallets are great! They are light and still produce a great sound on the marimba. Got two pairs for 4 mallet pieces and they have a good sound for the whole marimba.

These M114 mallets are fantastic. Great upper, mid, and lower response. Pretty good dynamics can be achieved. The maple handles are somewhat strange but feel better than birch or rattan personally. A little too hard for smooth rolls but whatever.

These mallets are great as all around performers, articulate but not too hard on the bass.It might be a little bit soft on the higher register but they deliver... it is an awesome addition to my mallet bag!Highly recommended!
