Last few years I always buy them for my in-laws as the are in love with this . I decided to use it and I must say this works so well and creates presentable dishes . The cutting blades are sharp beware

This is my favorite chopper. Unfortunately, they break quickly. I keep buying this one but I live it better than others. I had high hopes that this one would last longer since it was redesigned. It actually broke within a couple of weeks. Super sad about that but it also won’t stop me from buying and using. I remain hopeful they’ll finally figure out how to make it last.

I just love my Visalia chopper. Have had others but they can not top the Visalia. Easy to use and easy to clean and store. Recommend highly. Every kitchen should have one!!!

This thing has been a lifesaver for chopping up veggies. Meals are much quicker to prepare. Be careful not to use it with harder veggies (carrots). Washes up well. The removable liner on the lid did tear but you can still use it just the same. It just helped a bit with cleaning. I still use it but I imagine it will tear more and I will evenutally buy a new one or just leave it off. It does not effect the chopper at all.

A friend got the original version for me as a gift several years ago & tbh I thought it was kind of a lame gift... until I used it. I was so impressed with how easy it made prep so simple & quick, it soon became one of my frequently used accessory. I was heartbroken when after a few years it broke (at the hinge), so I started searching online & found one as a replacement. I've had 3-4 of them since the "new, improved" version came out, which has unexpected upgrades that I love. Believe me, you need one of these in your kitchen!

We have bought a few choppers this is the one you want. Sturdy, easy clean up, perfect sizes. Love the cleaning screen and the that the blade holder can clean out the catch container.

Really like this. Tomatoes come out without a clean cut bc they’re soft. But this is so good for a quick salad etc.

I've been using the Vidalia Chop Wizard Pro Max for a few weeks now and I'm absolutely loving it! It's such a time-saver and it makes chopping vegetables a breeze. I used to dread chopping onions, but now I don't even mind. The Chop Wizard makes it so easy to get evenly-chopped onions without any tears.I also love that the Chop Wizard is dishwasher safe. Cleaning it is so easy, and I don't have to worry about hand-washing it and getting the blades dirty.Overall, I highly recommend the Vidalia Chop Wizard Pro Max. I bought a similar off brand one of these last year on Amazon. It worked well, but before the end of the year the metal in the blade was breaking off. Fortunately I saw the piece of metal before it went on to someone's plate. Decided to spend the extra money and purchase the "original" chop wizard. It was well worth it. The quality of this product is substantially better than the off brand. It is sturdy and strong. I love the the silicone "plate" that sits in the top teeth and removes all the debris from the teeth for cleaning. So easy! I do a lot of canning and home cooking so this is used a lot - it has been getting a real workout. Seems like it will hold up for a long time. Should have just bought this one in the first place.

Love this. I used an earlier model of this and I thought it was wonderful but the upgrades have made it even better.They’ve designed it so the blade doesn’t need removed when transferring to a large bowl when chopping a lot. You simply remove the top and tip the basket into your mixing bowl and the chopped food slides right out; so easy, and less awkward.I also love the new cleaning gasket; it makes cleaning the grid a breeze; great idea!! I bought extras for myself and also for a friend who has an older model.Some reviewers say they have to slam down hard to make it chop and it’s breaking the unit. From my experience, yes it does need a bit of force (for hard foods like onions), but it’s best to thump it 2-3 times instead of trying to chop through on one hit; it’s easier on the unit and still cuts chopping time in half or more.As for cleaning...the cleaning fork does help in the grid, but the cleaning gasket has made it mostly unnecessary. For cleaning the blades, I use a kitchen brush. It gets in between the blades and you down need to worry about cutting yourself. The basket is easily cleaned by rinsing under hot water.I love this item for chopping large amounts (l make Pico de Gallo a lot) and this makes it a breeze.
