This panel works extremely well. The overall quality is very good and the controls allow the user to tailor the spray and temperature to suit the individual.

For those having water pressure issues, its likely a .25 cent rubber washer!Ive installed three of these at two separate properties. One property was a remodel with new PEX plumbing the other a remodel with repaired copper pipe over an existing plumbing system. A year later the shower panel installed in house with PEX has zero issues but the other house with existing piping had water pressure issues with the shower panel. After opening the shower panel up and testing every valve and fitting, it was narrowed down to a dirty house plumbing issue resulting in a damaged rubber washer that was clogging the valve and causing low pressure. After that, its back to full pressure. Its not a complicated system to repair. All in all this is the best shower panel on the market for the cost. Others are thin aluminum and plastic where this one is real steel. This one caught my eye initially due to the actual shower head arm mount. The ability to change the shower arm to make it higher yet keep the jets low for the body is there for taller people. Other units have a hard mount built in shower arm or such a thin wall casing that negates swapping the shower arm.For one of the panels I modified the hand shower for a tub filler spout. All it took was a simple fitting and a spout.

I bought this product around one month ago. The connections are kinds of loose, and one of the joining nut on the shower head is out of thread. After contacting manufacturer's customer service, the replacement unit was sent. Here are some notes about this product:1. All material are stainless from outside.2. Most of the pipes on the back come be moved around, so I also installed mini-resters on both hot and cold water vault to avoid vibration.3. The location of the handheld shower holder is too low, I have to buy a separated holder to rise it higher.Overall, high quality product for stainless outfit. The slim profile also makes it looks modern and less bulky comparing to other shower systems. So far so good.

I am an architect and quite familiar with plumbing installations. The unit is slick looking and appears to be well made. But, this is not the caseInstallation of equipment was not bad, however, performance fell well below expectations; the temperature has become frozen in a position that made the water so hot as to almost let you get scalded. Cannot regulate that mixing valve.this is very dangerous as I will now contact the manufacturer to see what they recommend and can assist me. I will return with a follow up

Jet massage not as strong as expected. Elegant design but as many have mentioned: the hand-held hose drags on the floor and we had to install a holder on the side of the panel.

This is a good shower panel, good price, decent construction however, it has its problems. 1. The hand held shower head hose is too long and drags on the floor, I had to buy an adapter to install the hand held at a more comfortable and safe level. 2. One of the nozzles, lower, right one does not spray water.

I love it. It's very nicely made, and looks great. The thermostatic control is marvelous; it keeps the water temp exactly where you set it. The rain shower head delivers plenty of water, The jets aren't so strong you can't stand in front of them, they're quite comfortable.I suppose I really should knock the rating down just a fraction for a few very minor complaints:1. If you're expecting detailed installation instructions, you'll be disappointed. If you're not good at figuring out dimensions using a tape measure, you won't get very far. OTOH, installation really only requires the installation of two hoses and two clips.2. Speaking of clips, there's nothing to keep the panel from sliding back and forth on the clips. They really should have notched the supports. But, I just put a small bit of foam strip behind the top edge, perfect.3. The panel is beautifully minimalist, including the markings for the dials... they're basically invisible. But, once you figure out what the controls do, they're silky-smooth and a joy to use.4. The hand spray hose is mounted at the bottom, so if you put the panel low on the wall, it will lie on the floor. I mounted mine high enough that it's not a problem for me.Even given the minor complaints, I'd buy this again in a flash.Followup 4/28/15 - still love it, absolutely no problems, works exactly like it did the day I got it. Fantastic.
