I purchased this item originally in October 2020 for my Plantronics Savi 720 headset. I am now having to purchase a new replacement. I think 4 1/2 years out of a cordless headset battery that is used every weekday for 8-12 hours and sometimes on weekends is fantastic. I'm buying two this time.

The batteries work but they consistently fail within a couple of months. I've gone thru 2 of them in less than 6 months. Finally just purchased the proper Plantronics battery since it was cheaper in the long run.

My old Savi W720-M is still alive with this battery. I purchased it twice since the first time the battery lasted for 4 years, I decided to get it again. I work from home and talk for at least an hour at time and sometimes I let it charge for 15-30 minutes between calls. It charges very quickly to 100% and gives me another few hours of talk. I would definitely recommend this battery since it lasted longer than the OEM battery.UPDATE -My second replacement battery only last 6 months and started to die after only 2 hours of conversation. Although the charge only takes a few minutes to get it to 100% which is impressive, but is certainly a problem but back-to-back calls where you don't have time to recharge. Reducing the rating to 3 stars.

Works wonderfully in my Plantronics Savi W720. I can now use my headset for longer than 2 hours. Install took some work but it fits.

I have a 10+ year old Plantronics CS50 headset that seems work as good as or better than the current models available, so I've continued to replace parts as needed. This battery replaces the original one that had I had for about 4.5 years before it started to swell and battery capacity had severely diminished.So far, it works well and the headset can now be used for several hours without recharging although I don't remember if it works as good as the original used to when it was new.

If you are looking for a good replacement battery - I have bought 3 - and this was the only one that worked VERY well. 10 hours of constant calls on my headset and it keeps going. The other two would last 6 or 7 hours max when brand new. Also this is the correct slim size. The other two were ever so slightly larger and a super tight fit in the battery compartment.
