This was a very nice product, BUT the company isn't very supportive. Purchased this shovel and used only two times and the battery died. I contacted them and in two years they discontinued this product and do not have any batteries that will work with this model. I am a female senior in my 80's and enjoyed shoveling my snow when it wasn't too deep which was the reason it was only used two times. They offered me a 15% discount on another model but being on a fixed income that wasn't anything I could agree to.

Nice light duty electric snow blower, beware of ice build up, upon starting, electric motor will spin up but not the auger if jammed with ice, will burn the belt and break it.

Haven't had snow yet to use it, but I'm prepared. Easy build with video which was excellent and spot on, started it up and wow, powerful. So lightweight.

The snowblower picked up a rock and threw it through the top part and broke it which when it’s this cold out 20° plastic becomes brittle. Trying to find where I can get a replacement part and also spare parts.

I live in the northeast, have a circular driveway and this corded blower worked no problem. I had to use 2,100ft heavy duty extension cords. Right now (1/19/2025) it's light snow of about 5-8" but I will update when(if)we get heavy snow of at least this much to see if it still cleans it up well.

Light duty snow on composite decking. Does not scratch my new decking. Hv yet to use on heavy snows . Throws well over railings so I don’t need to shovel.

Whereas the thrower is great in distance straight forward, it only throws a portion of the snow to the sides, even though you have it in the "throw to the right" setting. Great idea, but that throwing to the side should be improved greatly. Also, don't worry if your snow gets deeper than the 8" depth it is rated to.. all you have to do is lift the thrower up and swing through the snow from the top in 6" or so swaths... amazing how much power it has.
