I'm happy the audio Baby Monitor works as I had hoped it would. I plugged them in to an electrical outlet, one in a downstairs bedroom to monitor my elderly mother and the other 'Parent' monitor upstairs in my bedroom next to my bed for myself. I can hear everything very loudly in my mothers bedroom and even the tv from the room across the way from the there where she sits before going to bed. I'm glad I made this purchase.My mother has slipped off her bed to the floor a couple of times in the morning while trying to get up and on to her walker and called out for me to help her but I couldn't hear her because I was upstairs in my bedroom asleep. Now we both feel a little more secure with this Baby Monitor. When I wake up now I check on her right away and pick up my little walkie talkie baby monitor gadget, press the talk button and greet her a good morning and her voice back to me and am rest assured she's fine.

We needed a baby monitor to replace the walkie-talkie technology ones we were given, which have far too much interference in a large city to be useful.These work great. Sound is very clear, and has a noise gate as well that it only turns on at a certain noise level so you don't hear any remote room noise or hiss in the middle of the night. It also has a light indicating sound so if you have it on low or across the room you can see it also. The range is excellent - no problem taking it down two floors and other side of the house. Much more reliable than WiFi-based "Smart home" ones that are complained about by other parents.Only issue is that the battery life on a charge is not great. You pretty much need to keep it on the charger if you're not walking around as it may only last a couple hours if not plugged in. The connector for the charger also requires a fairly strong push to plug it in, and our Nanny has occasionally not pushed it all of the way in, leaving it dead.

Lo pedi hace algunos dias, me llegó antes de la fecha estimada en llegar, y puedo decir que hasta ahorita estoy muy contenta con esta compra. Tenia una radio de las que son muy baratas y en realidad estaba acostumbrada a siempre escuchar el ruido que hacia mientras lo tenia prendido. Pero con este monitor para bebes o radio, a pesar de que es muy sencillo, estoy fascinada que no se escucha interferencia, es silencioso y el motivo por el cual hice la compra es porque ocupaba el poder contestarle a mi hijo cuando estoy ocupada en el trabajo (mi trabajo esta cruzando la calle de donde vivo), y para calmar a mi bebe cuando despierta de su siesta.En pocas palabras, estoy 100% satisfecha con la compra y se lo recomendaría a cualquier mamá y/o papá.

Bought this so my dad’s aide could hear my dad when he gets out of bed or calls him when in another room. The sound quality is great. I wanted to put it somewhere where my dad couldn’t see it because he would abuse it and constantly call either me or his aide over and over and over for silly reasons (to ask the time when there is a big clock with time and date in his room) more than he does now. So I put it on the floor behind a basin and it picked up every sound made in my dad’s room, including the television it’s across from and slightly blocked by the bed.

We have used this monitor for 6 months now and haven't had a problem yet. Our room is about 15 feet from hers and the link is never dropped. The base in her room is sound activated and will glow a dull yellow when there is a noise. You can adjust the sensitivity to pick up less or stronger sounds. We are paranoid parents so the sensitivity is always set at 5. I really can't comment about the battery life since we always have our part plugged in. But I can say the plug wire is fairly long so you shouldn't have a problem with it reaching an outlet. For this price it is a great product if you just want the basics.

I purchased this so I could be outside doing chores and hear my handicapped husband if he needed help. I've used it as far as 400 feet from the house with no problems and inside our metal barns without loss of reception. It did lose reception if I was out farther than about 500 feet. It has worked perfectly for my intended purpose and makes me more comfortable leaving hubby in the house alone. I love that I can check in with him and he can answer me that all is ok. It takes a lot of the stress out of going outside for me. I also keep the parent monitor in my bedroom at night so I can hear him if he calls me. It's wonderful for my intended purpose and I'm sure it would be perfect for those with babies or young children.

I am very happy with our new baby monitor. We have already tried it out and everything works perfectly. We actually bought it to monitor the sounds of new born puppies, in case they are stuck behind their mother and can't get out. They act much like human babies in that they notify you they are in some type of difficulty and need help. Also like a human baby, it is difficult to constantly be with the puppies so having a baby monitor is ideal to monitor the puppies. My computer which I am using now is on the other side of the house with several walls separating me from the puppies at about 150 feet in distance away, yet I can hear the puppies crying and even talk to my spouse on the monitor while she is in the same room as the puppies. We have also "talked" to the mother of the puppies, who is constantly with the puppies and it is amazing how she reacts to hearing our voices over the monitor. She cocks her ears and stares intently at the microphone on the monitor and listens intently to our voice. It is super to have and a tremendous relief to always know what is going on with the puppies. They do alert you if they feel they are in distress and the sound quality is superb. We are very satisfied with our purchase and thankful to the genius that provided this beneficial aid to our lives!
