The window arrived packed very well and survived the 10 days of UPS abuse except for some bent flanges on the corners. This damage was easily rectified, however. All you need to do is frame a square 24 1/2" by 27 1/2" rough opening and you are in business!

We are rebuilding a pole barn, and these windows are perfect for letting in a little extra light and air flow. The windows arrived on time indicated and were packed very well. My main concern was adequate packaging to survive UPS handling. Two windows per box with padding around each window and banding straps to keep everything securely together. Painted mounting screws were included. The tempered glass makes these windows perfect for sheds, children's playhouses, and animal enclosures. I'd certainly order these windows again on another project.

This seems to be a very good window but be aware it is actually 24 1/4" wide. I had to reframe my 3 windows. I had framed them ahead of time based on dimensions I saw on Amazon.
