The muffler was decent quality, but the rear hanger rusted out before the rest of it. Turns out that this is a design flaw by Walker. The OEM muffler has the hangers welded to the body, which is thicker. Also, only the body is stainless, the pipe itself is not; making the pipe the weak point.Had I paid the extra money to buy it at an auto parts store, it would be covered under lifetime warranty. But since I bought it on Amazon where warranties are worthless, I am out $110.Additionally, I would like to mention that the body is slightly more narrow than OEM and the elbow in the back is not mandrel bent and the creases reduce pipe diameter by about 1/4 inch. Its negligible, but worth noting.It works if you can't find an OEM muffler, but I don't recommend this specific model.

Received with a hole smashed through one end of the box and the pipe smashed so it couldn’t fit the tail pipeNo packing or wrapping on item inside the boxI had to spend $30 to get a tool to reshape the pipe so it was round againI’m 68 and never needed that tool before and probably never will againThe dents all over the muffler had to be there before it was put in the box because the box wasn’t damaged to match the dentsThe only box damage was where the pipe punched the hole in the endI hope the dents don’t accelerate the degradation of the internal parts being also damaged

My husband said that it was relatively easy to install. However, his was so rusted on that he ended up having to take it to a shop for installation.
