The workout functions are super convenient for home practice. I weight 220 lbs and feels stable when push up. I had one before years ago, I have to say this equipment is way better than the old one in stability. Installation is also easy and fit greatly in my garage without occupying much space. Overall it's great product given the price.

Great detailed instructions. Just remember to put the cables in before you tighten up the wheel thingys… pretty solid set up so far. Really impressed in the product for the price.
