The rubber bellows is not glued properly to the metal seal base causing it to leak immediately

The blue sealant around the water pump seal was not a continuous line all the way around the part. It was all I had on-hand when reassembling the engine so I installed it anyway. No surprise, it leaks coolant.

Find the proper vidieo on how to replace this kit some vids. tell you the inner seal ( color Green)Can be replaced from the pump sideDon’t do it take the motor outer plate off and replace it from the inside. Like the vidieo guy says “ If you don’t do it the factory way, plan on doing it again soon”
