My husband and I purchased this wonderful product to replace the old water softening resin we had in our water softening system. Top notch product and even better customer service!

Had a shipping problem during COVID seller sent replacement they both finally showed so I refused one. Just now replaced original resin that was 25 years old. Softener seems like new again very satisfied thanks!

Great product and arrived much sooner than expected. The process of swapping out the resin was easy, but pretty messy and nasty. However it saved me a $1000 over replacing the softener itself. So overall worth the effort.Only issue was the shipping box was pretty beat up by the time it arrived. The product was still intact, but box just fell apart.

Recently rebuilt my Kenmore water softener with this 10% resin and it is working good as new again. Great seller also, shipped free the same day as order placed. I had a technical question about the product and the seller responded to my e-mail within a few minutes and answered question. Very happy with this purchase, and recommend highly for restoring a water softener to new again.

I got what I needed. This was the first time I replaced the media in tank. I had installed the tank about 10 years ago and was having media in toilet tanks. Water company said it was the resin breaking down. Replacing is simple, but hard work for one person alone, but my husband got it done. If you do it, follow instructions. Lots of instructions online.

I had owned my softener for 15 years and didn't realize replacement of the resin was a recommended procedure. Luckilya neighbor of mine made me aware of the necessity and helped me complete the process. After a couple of normal systemrecharges the water felt 100 pct better than before. Tile surfaces were far easier to clean and didn't accumulate soap scum as they had previously.

Took me a bit to figure out how to swap out the resin as I have a water boss and the manifold block at the top does not unscrew like most softners. Found a plug at the bottom. Water Softener works way better now. I had rebuilt the valve body thinking that was the issue. Turns out the resin was shot. Working great now!
