I had/have no idea what a "Dubai ice-cream bar" is but, the pattern, and the concept, is intriguing. These silicone popsicle molds will be great for making special treats at home.Initially these silicone popsicle molds appeared to be a bit small. However, at 3-1/2 inches Long X 2-7/8 inches wide X 1-1/10 inch deep, they are reasonably sized and, because of the extra depth, compared to other products, I am really looking forward to producing other multi-ingredient treats for myself and the grandkids. Having now used them I realize my "eyes were bigger than my stomach." In actual use, the size is just right and satisfying, especially since I made the test ingredients so rich.To test, I simply used a recipe for basic chocolate pudding to see if these would work. The molds hold up well and there was no leakage from the inserted plastic stick. The included "tops" work well if you are careful and have a nice flat surface to place them on. However, the tops do not positively/strongly click into place and spill one mold when placing it into the freezer as I lightly squeezed the molds side, the top popped off spilling some pudding.Having an open "top," along one side, rather than the traditional type of popsicle mold allows for adding different ingredients or layers too. I am really looking forward to trying different ingredients to not only surprise the grandkids but to satisfy my own sweet tooth with treats made with these molds.PROs:1. Very well made, thick silicone molds that are very flexible and easy to use,2. No leakage where the stick is inserted3. Very pliable which results in easy "Demolding" of the finished product.Neutral:1. these would be even better if the top were more secure and held better in place. One just has to be careful when putting them in the freezer.CON:1. Only 4 sticks are supplied so, cannot make more once you demold your creations. Would be perfect if more sticks were supplied (like 8 to 12?)
