We already have a redwood privacy fence between our property and our neighbors but our dogs (2) and their dogs (2) can easily see through the cracks in the wood slats and sort of go into a barking frenzy as they chase each other up and down the fence line. We have hung two of these 50 foot privacy screens (total 100 feet in length) on our side of the wood fencing and it has greatly reduced the amount of interaction (and barking) between the two sets of dogs. Obviously the dogs can still detect when each other are present (smell, sound, etc.) but by cutting down the majority of the visual communication the dogs seem far less inclined to start chasing each other and raising a ruckus. We are about two weeks into this "experiment" and so far we are rating it a success.

I ordered this fence privacy fabric for a bit of a different job than what it's designed for, but it works great. We have some ostrich ferns that run along the shaded side of the fence that surrounds our pool yard, and last year we ended up yanking the messy shrubs that were providing a lot of the shade, and accidentally left the ferns a little too exposed to the hot, summer sun. We set this privacy screen up with some (spray painted) pvc pipes as a kind of temporary awning to help protect the ferns until the new bushes grow big enough to provide enough shade. It's been whipped around, rained on, AND hailed on, and still looks like new, so I think it's safe to say that it should be durable enough to last us the years we'll need it for. No complaints!

This privacy fencing is easy to install. Only took about 30 minutes to install on my large size deck. The ties come with it and they work well. The size is perfect. It add alot of privacy and blocks my neighbors yard from my view.

I'm a little disappointed in the weave of this. I live in a area where we can get high winds. I am putting this up to shade the covered patio area of a guest house. Constant winds can make the weave loosen up and eventually fray. I'm hoping this screen will hold up.It a Weidear brand Privacy Screen that's BIG 4 feet tall x 50 feet long. I DO like that it has grommets. We are going to attach with bungie cords vs zip ties. That way it's easy to take down if we get big winds.It does look nice. Again, grommets are a huge plus as is the 50 foot length.

In my opinion, this is a 3-star "average" fence screen but it's bumped up a star because of the strip of thickened material where the grommets are set. It comes with a bundle of zip ties, but they're not the best quality (especially for where I live, which has a lot of strong winds and wild weather), so I'm happy we already have a stock of various sizes in our garage for backup and replacement.The grommets on the screen are spaced every couple of feet along the top and bottom across the 50 foot length, with four grommets on each 4-foot end. Our experience with these fence screens tells me more grommets are needed, so I've been working on it with my grommet tool to add twice the amount it has. It's a long, tedious process, but will make a big difference as to how long it will stay put.We have an acre of property surrounded by chain link, and in prominent unprotected swaths, the wind loves to blow dust and weed seeds directly onto the land during the spring and summer months. We are putting screens like this up on those unprotected areas of fencing, low to the ground, to mitigate that problem. It's certainly cheaper than our "someday" future project of building concrete walls will be.This is an average screen with a bonus of reinforced edging with grommets. There are pros and cons to it, but I'd certainly recommend it, especially to people with normal weather instead of the crazy stuff I have.4 stars from me.

I got this for shade and privacy on our porch. It is just the right size for the 47 in dog pen playpen fence I had up. The dogs love the shade it gives, and I love the privacy!The grommets are well made, and well spaced. It comes with plenty of plastic ties, and they are truly easy to snap and fasten.You can see through it slightly, but it still provides both shade and privacy.You can't beat the price, and since all you need is plastic ties to install, this would be a great option when traveling in an RV or camping for outdoor privacy.

I used this to extend an existing privacy fence, and this one seems to be a bit better made than my previous segment. I had a problem with grommets pulling out in the old segment, and they seem to be stitched in well in this one. Nice and dark, too.
