Well made, bolts fit perfectly, there is an extra round head bolt just in case one of the front bolts had contat with the winch but was not my case so everything fit perfectly. Do not install the winch first, (I tried that and is a pain in the) don't know why people recommend that because just installing the plate and then the winch work perfectly well. I recommend this plate for 2023 yamaha grizzly.
