I've been looking for this for a year, thank you Amazon! My cute, crafty, little cat stole it while I was changing a lightbulb.No hardware store had it, and I had no clue what it was called. This dumb little thing makes me so happy! Finally the light cover is fixed! No more staring at bare bulbs.

I got these inexpensive light fixture finish caps to replace older ones that I had and they work fine. No problems :)

Probably should get 5 Stars, but when I clicked on that option, it said, "I LOVE IT!" No, I don't love little threaded caps that hold the glass shade onto my living room overhead fixture, and I doubt that I'll ever fall rapturously in love with a small piece of threaded hardware. On the other hand, if your cat has decided that the old one is such a good toy that she spirited it away while you were changing bulbs and cleaning the glass, it helps to be able to set things right with a replacement (for the threaded cap ... not the cat). For that, it deserves a sincere 4 stars. I'll probably find the original one under the 'fridge, or someplace like that.
