This was just what we needed for the job. While removing our broken ice maker - we cracked this part. It was an easy fix and we did find it for less on another site but we placed our order with amazon due to other items we were ordering and mainly because of amazons great return policy... it was a no brainer.Note: Whirlpool and Kenmore are the same.

Fit my Kenmore Elite perfectly. Easy to install. It took one minute to remove cracked one and one minute to put on the new one. I was a little concerned by it being a different brand and the search telling me they weren't sure it would fit.

This is a perfect fit for my Kenmore. The flipper had broken off and this replacement looked exactly the same as the original and a breeze to install. My ice maker was back to work again in minutes.

This makes the second time I have replaced this thing due to it breaking while trying to defrost the ice maker. Bad design on Kenmore/Whirlpool, not the part itself.
