These are very nice and heavily constructed. Nice chrome plating. They do not come with screws, which was kind of a bummer, but stainless screws are available at the hardware store, no problem. Will buy more. They can be used for decorative purposes or to actually tying a small boat down (a 4" cleat is not that big), but larger versions of this same design are available.
