Worked great for safe replacement shock. Has to use the old fittings to change shocks but it is the same fit.

Used this to replace the spring on the tension wheel of a belt grinder for knife making. This was an excellent replacement.

Had a devil of a time finding an exact replacement for the gas spring on my SentrySafe and this one is perfect. Two slight drawbacks; 1) it costs about twice the price of others and 2) it has more power (WAY more power) than is necessary. I must always remember to remove everything from the cover prior to opening, otherwise that object will be in orbit without a re-entry plan.

Easy to install no tools needed just line up the ends & "pop" them into place. Should've done this upgrade last year!

If I installed two of these in my truck box, I could use it for a siege weapon! Just one of these struts is plenty for my truck box. Much cheaper than buying at a parts or farm store. I did have to drill a new hole for the bottom of the rod, since these are about 2" longer than the original units. Installation was easy.
