I love the look and design, but this will not stop beeping. I don’t know if anyone else is having this issue or we have one that has malfunctioned, but it continually will beep every five minutes and we can’t figure out how to get it to stop beeping. We’ve read through the book and we know that it’s the anti-theft beep, but it randomly goes off for no reason and it will go on all day long. I’m sure our neighbors hate us.

Agree instructions is terrible, once you get it figured out it’s a great unit. To add to Tuya app, power the unit down then open app and power unit back up. The reader should now pop up where you can add and program as required. Great for indoors but would not trust for outside even though the unit is pretty well sealed. Once added to the app it becomes a full blown access control system the allows management of users and access records.

Can not get this lock to pair with Tuyasmart app no instruction on this. Try for the last 2 hours with no success
