I hate this card! It was extremely difficult to find drivers for it. Even after I found drivers for the card, it is peaking at about 15 Mbps. I have 1Gbps coming into the house, and my other devices fly. Even the old Wifi6 card that used to he installed in this laptop was significantly faster. I'm down to dial-up speeds with this card, even when I'm within a foot of my router.

As another reviewer said, you need to go get the Qualcomm Fastconnect 7800 drivers (both Network & Bluetooth). Worked flawlessly on my Gigabyte Aorus Xtreme TRX40 AMD Threadripper mobo. Motherboard (native dedicated motherboard M.2 mini slot) The hard part was tearing apart my PC to replace the m.2 chip in the back IO. Thanks!

Works great has MLO, You need to downdload Fast Connect 7800 Drivers, available at Lenovo for ThinkPad T14 Gen 5 (Type 21MC, 21MD), P14s Gen 5 (Type 21ME, 21MF).

Easy to install and works with AMD. Drivers are available and can be found if you google or read the reviews here. Manufacturer drivers for laptops carrying this card (MSI) also work.

So far, I've been unable find a driver for this m.2 wifi chip. The bluetooth seems to be working, but it can't see the wifi in an AMD motherboard with a Ryzen 5 cpu. Searching high and low for the driver, no infomation from the packaging, in fact the packaging says wifi6E, but this chip is labeled a QCNCM865.

I have a couple of these and are using them with a TP Link BE11000 AP and they work great, I also have an Intel WiFi 7 adapter in an Alienware that works good, but from what I've seen the Qualcomm ones are better, and these work with anything unlike the Intel based ones that Intel has decided to only function on Intel based systems (no AMD are supported on the new Intel WiFi 7 adapters, it doesn't matter if the listing says "not all AMD", no, the Intel ones do not work with AMD at all). The driver is difficult to find, and is disappointing that even 24H2 still won't push a driver for it, but I did manage to find it. You will need to get the Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 drivers for this to work, I searched high and low with the model number and finally sort of just stumbled upon it. Qualcomm does need to make finding the driver easier.
