I've bought at least 5 now. I replace the stock HT bridges with this model (and the chrome version). Great quality and finish. Easy installation. Good stability and the height screws stay put, even with a lot of vibration.

Good quality bridge that I used for a replica build. Disappointed that it didn't come with mounting screws, so I had to use some that were "close enough."

I bought a total of 3 hard tail bridges, and they did not contain mounting screws !This is the only bridge I have ever bought that did not include mounting screws.It’s to much trouble to run down screws. I will never buy them again

Over the years, Wilkinson has been known to design and distribute quality hardware for musicians at all levels - from pros to hobbyist players. Along the way, they've offered parts made in Japan (in partnership with Gotoh), Korea (with Sung-Il) and now in China with Mings Musical Instrument Co.The packaging quality struck me right away. I opened the orange-striped black box to find the chrome bridge nestled in a protective black foam cradle.While the base plate is a glossy, the saddles are a matte finish. I actually like the contrast quite a lot. There are some very minor imperfections in the saddle casting, but none that sit in the string path.The screws adjust easily, and the springs are a good quality. It includes a small allen key for adjusting the saddle height.It appears that the bridge can be used as a standard strings thru the body or a top loader, with holes drilled just underneath where the saddle adjustment screws are placed.My only complaint is that there are no mounting screws included. Luckily, these are not too difficult to get a hold of if you know where to look.Seems like a worthwhile replacement part, as this is a lot better than the cheap pot-metal bridges with wonky saddles that they put on some beginner guitars.

Wilkinson name is pretty well known to guitarist that likes to tinker. They are known for quality yet inexpensive. This hard tail bridge is very nice. The saddles are easy to adjust for string height as well as intonation and it looks very nice installed on the guitar. I am putting it on a strat build I am making and it fits perfectly. Just what I needed!A lot of peeps will end up blocking off the tremola on a strat mainly because they dont know how to adjust them. Instead of blocking them off, this can replace the whole saddle assemble and you can do away with the block and springs. Make your strat a true hardtail.

Purchased for a Strat build, replaced the Squire hardtail bridge. The bridge is an excellent upgrade, made from top-quality material and most importantly has finer adjustments then inexpensive bridges for string height. The material provides a warmer tone. The squire bridge was brittle sounding and this bridge is warmer strat, most likely due to how the string vibrates between the nut and bridge/materials.It fit perfectly, covering all the original bridge screw holes.the original bridge was a squire hardtail (not string through). This bridge will do both string through and non-string through.

I got this bridge for my tele deluxe build. I’ve considered multiple bridges and decided to settle on this one. To be fair, my guitar already had the string through holes drilled through the body so that helped pick which bridge to choose and since I already had the holes, it was extremely easy to install the bridge. It’s built really well, looks super clean, fits the body pretty well, and was priced really competitively. I love this bridge. It makes palm muting really comfortable with the way the saddles sit. Very happy with it
