Some of these don't seem to glow at all (I'm making a handbag so the colours are in rows) but only 3/4 of these seem to stand out when I switch my light out...They're very pretty colours, not bad to work with (crochet) and if I use it in the evening and looking for it in a dark room... at least some of them will proudly announce its location! (Particularly in a family box at the panto at Christmas... if I need something during the performance it should be easy to spot, and help make sure I don't forget to take it home after, too!)

Its not really soft as it has a slight waxy feel to it. The yarn skeins you get are also rather small, think crochet kit sized ball. Also the yarn is really thin so it feels difficult to work with personally. On the bright side it does indeed glow. And rather well. So I can easily see it being used as detail peices and embroidered peices on a plushy.

the white yarn glows pink not orange like the description says, i have yet to try the other colors

Haven't used for a project yet but charged the wool as soon as it arrived. There is a glow but nothing like the picture. It's a bit of a novelty but would maybe work better under UV?

Colors are misleading. It is pretty colored yarn but the glow is a plastic thread running through the yarn. They only glow green and not the color of the yarn. They work for what I’m doing but I was a little disappointed. Functions great and pretty easy to crochet.

Pretty disappointed, the glow from this yarn looks nothing like the product pictures.Other glow in the dark yarn I’ve purchased from other places actually glow throughout all of the fibers in the color of the yarn, that’s what I was expecting from this purchase.Instead this yarn has a few strands of glow in the dark mixed in with the ‘regular’ color. And those strands are the same light green glow in all the skeins, no color variation of the glow no matter what color yarn you use.I would return it but unfortunately I didn’t check the glow before starting a project. Save your money, this is expensive for the amount of yarn you get.
