This kit was super useful - much thicker plastic than the ones I’ve used in the past. The plastic also stayed up all winter.

The only window not replace in this 1959 house, it is the worst for letting cold air in. I thought I would give this product a try ( skeptical). It worked brilliantly!!!! Furnace stopped running 20 minutes after installation. No drafts, leaks and it is not visible. I live in Alberta. Installation occurred on a -17C night. Thanks for this product!!!

Difficult for one person to put up so I didn't even though I really need it up. I'm a widow and have no one to help me winterize my old 1955 home.

The double sided tape made installation so much easier. You measure and cut and place on tape then use a blow dryer. Worked great on our big drafty kitchen window. Highly recommend!

I did 6 regular sized windows, 2 giant bay windows and a large kitchen window without pulling out my hair! Plus there was so much left over!

I found this to be helpful this past winter. I have a little cabin that I use as a personal library. It is costly to heat it in the winter so I tried this. I covered all the windows. It wasn’t hard to do. The adhesive held up for the winter and I feel like it did help.

I’m not sure if it was the way we attach to the window edges or the quality of itself, I would say should be the quality as it should be easy to put on the window to seal the clod wind out but it just fell off from the window all the time.

I find that window insulation makes a major difference in the comfort of our rooms, as well as preventing condensation on our windows. We have been using a well known brand of window film for the last few years but I have found them to be getting more expensive and last year we had an issue with the tape losing its adhesion after a couple of weeks on a few of the bedroom windows. We have not put up the Flyzzz window insulation yet, however the thickness seems about the same as our previous window insulation and the tape has a thicker width which will hopefully secure the film better and longer. There is also over 100" -180" more film per roll than some of the other brands. If there is any issues with installation or adhesion I will update and add it to this review.

The instructions are easy to follow and I was able to install the window film alone. It pays to take the time and be patient while doing the installation. The plastic film is very durable but if you’re rushing you run the risk of tearing it. (I found that out on the final window which was a double do-over due to me being overly hasty to finish the job).Lots of tape and film to cover seven 2 x 4 1/2 foot windows with plenty to spare.Don’t worry too much about some rippling in the plastic after it’s initially on the window frame the main goal is to get it fairly smooth. Once on and you put the hair dryer to it the plastic film shrinks up nicely and the rippling disappears resulting in a really nice tight fit.I’m very pleased with the finished outcome. The plastic is very clear and virtually invisible. The inside temperature is about 2-3C warmer and remains consistent now.Bye-bye cold drafts and excess condensation on the inside of the windows!
