I mounted this on my computer desk so I could keep my phone at eye level next to my monitor. I use my phone frequently while using my computer and having it at eye level lets me glance at the phone when I get an alert to see if I have to take the call. The phone is easy to remove from the holder when I need to and easy to put back when I am finished. I've tried other stands that didn't work out, but this stand works perfect. It is very adjustable allowing me to get the perfect angle for my phone. I am really glad I found this great stand.

This mount is super sturdy holding my tablet even on those crazy bumpy roads. No shaking or slipping, which is awesome for a semi-truck driver! Easy install fits perfectly on the dash without taking up much space. I use it for navigation makes things way easier. And it seems tough enough for all the road bumps.

For a long time I've had a tablet that I typically watch when I go to bed and I always had to leave it setting on the bed while using it, which didn't give the ideal angles. This tiny arm, has helped with that.Disarm is just about one foot long, which means it's going to be something that works ideally in a vehicle as it's intended for, or if you are in my situation and you don't mind drilling some holes in your nightstand, this works great to hold your tablet in place in that situation as well. This will be the experience I talk about.Thankfully this comes with both screws to attach it to your dashboard in your vehicle, with you will need to drill holes for or alternatively it has wooden screws that will allow you to screw it into any wooden surface such as a wall or in my case a nightstand. It took about a minute to a minute and a half to completely set this up so it was ready to go and it was the simplest screwing a few screws into my nightstand to hold everything in place.There is one single knob that you can tighten up to help with how much your tablet moves, and this is where the downfall comes in with this. The base just set their loosely so you can't really adjust it to a very specific spot if you need to extend the arm out to its full length. It also being just shy of one foot in length does limit exactly how far it can move, but I went into this expecting that so I will not hold that against it.The grip itself should work for just about any tablet on the market. I have an 11 inch tablet with a thick case on it and the arm is able to grip onto both the tablet and the case without any issue. I have not had it fall or slip out yet and I typically keep this in the arm overnight while I sleep so it's out of the road.so if you need a small arm to hold your tablet in place while you're doing something, this is a pretty solid option. It's not perfect because there are flaws that prevent it from being tight everywhere which means if you're in a vehicle and you hit bumps and stuff this will get knocked and shaking around, and even in my home where I use a fan on that same nightstand, the vibrations of that stand cause my screen to vibrate so it's not a sturdy and stiff as I would have liked to see. It's still pretty solid overall though.

I one of the reasons for getting this holder was its design. The woleyi, Drill Base Tablet Mount for Truck - [Metal Long Arm] Heavy Duty Truck Tablet Holder Dashboard Car Mount for Commercial Vehicles, Semi Trucks, for 4.7-13" iPad Pro, Air, Mini, Galaxy Tab, Z Fold has is has sturdy design.I am impressed with overall look and build. It really is a good solid build. One knob, located at about mid-point of the extension arm, controls the hold function of each ball-clamp joint, and it does this simultaneously. When cinched down, it is pretty solid, throughout the arm.Although described in the product listing, the total length of the arms are bit little shorte than described. I measured the length from the base to the cradle just shy of 11” (10-7/8”) but that is with each component (base plate and cradle). about 90 degrees of the metal extension arm. The listings description photo indicates 12.4” inches or 260mm.An inch or so may make-it or break-it for some. For me, it’s acceptable for use, but not for my initial intent. I have another spot in mind, but and haven’t mocked it up yet. Overall, its works extremely well. Sturdy and look the solid look and steadiness this holder proves to provide (while stationary).If i could knock just a half a star than it would be a solid 4.5 stars. Will a good value for quality and build. Sturdy and solid performance. Easy installation, easy to use and adjust. I like the 1-knob tightening action across al three adjustable ball clamp joints performance.‘Good recommendation, worth a consideration. Just know that its less than 12” in overall arm lenth from the base plate to the device cradle.

This metal arm is very strong and sturdy. When I received it I was impressed by how solid it was. I am currently using it to hold a happy light which is quite heavy and this metal arm is doing a great job of holding it. One of the ball joints is a bit hard to tighten but with a bit of trying it finally worked. Overall it's a well made and solid unit.

You need power drill to install, but worth it. Best hold of any phone mount I've purchased.

This holds up my 14” 2 in 1 laptop I use for a TV with no issues at all.
