I had the cane creek 110 headset. At first I just replaced the bearings just for preventative maintenance. This is a much better option for just a little more $! The dust seal is awesome. PEACE OF MIND! Make sure you use enough washers that are supplied so the dust seal doesn’t get squished! I only had to use 1

This is a headset, and as such, works. My bike steers now. As it's a drop in headset, it's damn easy to install, no tools required other than hex wrench to tighten it and a crown race setter (for bottom bit, not this part).Pros:* Looks lovely, I got the orange one.* The top cap isn't flush, but has room in it to pull the fork up into it, so it acts like a cap with an integrated spacer. This looks nicer IMHO that having a spacer above the stem.* Comes with a star fangled nut, although that wasn't much use to me as I had a carbon steerer tube, so needed to get a seperate compression plug. Don't put a star nut into a carbon fork folks!Cons:None - this is quality gear.

Purchased the Wolftooth headset to eliminate the knock block headset that came with the bike, excellent replacement! Been riding for decades and absolutely love Wolftooth products; they’ve never let me down. Very simple replacement, takes minutes to install. The hardest part is realigning your bar! Includes shims to raise headset if needed. Has an integrated dust cover which is a nice feature too! You can just see it in one of my pics; light grey in color. Also, I combined this with the Wolftooth spacer kit which is sold separately. Both the spacer kit and headset were just under $60, can’t beat it!
