The jacket runs big and is pretty warm without the heating elements. It worked great for the first 30 days but after that it wouldn't stay on, even with a full battery. I'd buy a different brand.

Find a alternative because this is NOT it. Heating elements work fine but the coat is definitely not meant to keep you any warmer than the ones already in your closet. FIND ANOTHER OPTION

Detachable hood. Recipient LOVES it and says it works great. She wears S-M and it looks a little bigger on her but all in all DEFINITELY a great buy. Comes w/2 batteries.

I’ve had this jacket over a year now and I’d give it 5/10. I bought two and have the same issues with both. It’s a low priced heated jacket on Amazon so you’re definitely getting what you’re paying for in terms of quality. The battery doesn’t stay charged long at all, but the 15 minutes it does stay charged is nice. It’s also a nice jacket on a breezy day without the heating elements on, but when you do want it to use it you have to use the battery sparingly.

I debated on whether I should buy the medium or large, so I bought the medium and it fits perfectly. It is not very heavy, but I need a thinner jacket for work. It’s very warm in 30 degree weather, and I think it’s going to be fine during below zero temperatures as well. I definitely recommend it.

The NBtoUS women's heated jacket is the first one I saw that I actually can check the cute and stylish box. Most I have seen are more function than stylish. This has both. I am looking forward to having this jacket this fall for our kiddos outdoor soccer games.You can decide if you want the front, back, or both heated by the buttons on the chest of the jacket. There are high, medium, and low settings. The jacket comes with 2 battery packs which is fantastic. Other jackets we have purchased charge a lot for a backup battery. The battery pack goes in an inside pocket on left hand side. The battery pack has lights too show you the battery left (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)The jacket without the heat on is more of a puffer, fall jacket. It is not super thick. But once the heat is turned on, it is great.The one big negative to the jacket for me is that the front of the jacket only has heat in the pocket region. I would like heat on the upper (chest) part of the jacket. The back is great, it has heat on the neck and six other places going down.
