I'm a 5'11 male with a 31 waist. The medium top and bottom fit perfectly. I love that the pants are elastic and has drawstrings as well. Lots of big, deep pockets as well, so I can carry plenty of supplies on my person. The material is light, breathes well but feels sturdy. Wonderwink is definitely my favorite brand in terms of comfort and value for scrubs

I have worked in healthcare for over 5 years now and have always used Jockey for Men's scrubs. I'm 5'9" and 210lbs and I've always worn Medium. So that's what I ordered when I decided to try WonderWink's Men's scrubs. The Medium pants were WAY too tight around the thighs and crotch area. The waist fits okay, but the material was stretched skin tight around my thighs, butt and crotch - like leggings. So I swapped the pants for a size Large. Now, it's the exact opposite problem. The Large pant is way too big. Even by tying the drawstring as tight as I can, it still sags and I find myself pulling them up all day. There's plenty of room in the pants and it shows - its very baggy and loose. Also, the material used for WonderWink's scrubs is rough and not comfortable. It attracts a TON of lint everytime it comes out of the dryer. I've never had this problem before. I literally have to spend an extra 10 minutes every morning using a lint-roller all over me before I go into work.I'm giving up on this brand and going back to Jockey for Men's scrubs

I'm 5' 10", 170lbs. I'm pretty long and skinny. I usually wear a medium shirt and size 32X32 jeans.I like my scrubs to fit like clothes, not like baggy pajamas. In these scrubs, I get small shirts and pants, and they fit very well. I look professional, not sloppy. The length is good too.I've tried a few different brands, but these Winks are now the only scrubs I get. I have them in several colors. The fit is so perfect, I never risk running them through the dryer. I hang them to dry, and they dry very quickly.

Great scrubs, i oreded 2 pairs one medium and one small, then found the o e that fit best then returned the other. The small size was my size in length but too tight. THe medium was great tight, but too long. Im 5'9" 180#. i kept the medium and just had them hemed up.

These are by far some of the best quality scrubs I have used. The fit is true to size and every seam is nicely double-sticked. They are made to last and have great pocket features as well. They are comfortable and look great in the clinic. They look and wear like the most expensive scrubs, but are an excellent value for the price. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The waist fit well. A bit long but overall a good fit. I haven't washed them yet so perhaps they'll shorten up a bit in the wash.Update 3-2018:I've bought 4 or 5 pairs of these scrubs and almost exclusively wear them to work. I really appreciate all the pocket space. Very comfortable. When I first bought them they were a bit long but after several washes they fit just fine. My only problem with them is I have now ripped two pair right in the crotch! The first time it happened I figured it was just bad luck. I was getting into my car and must have been stretching too much and I put too much stretch on the crotch and it ripped right on the seem. A few months later, same thing (same mechanism as well) happened once again!

I'm a slim guy, 5' 9", about 120 lbs, and the Small cargo scrub pants fit very well. I especially like the button+zipper+drawstring, and the good selection of pockets. "Royal" color perfectly matched the royal-colored scrub top required from my campus bookstore. With the competitive pricing, I am definitely considering buying a second pair. Recommended.Update, 20170518: I've now purchased 7 more pairs of these, and they're my preferred scrub pant. I generally hem the leg of every one by ~1/2", but I can't beat them for the zipper+button+drawstring. If anything, I'd like them to be very slightly slimmer (can feel a bit too baggy at times, but that's also room for motion).

Medium size with a regular inseam is plenty long enough for me and I wear a 32Wx33L in jeans. These are cheap and nice--could be softer--for the price. Light and comfortable, slimmer fit, lots of colors. The unisex tops run large--I wear a small and I take a 38R suit. The men's raglan sleeve top is ridiculously huge.
