This bag is so awesome ! Great quality and zipper seem to be very strong. It really holds down so nice and small. And opens up to a huge bag if needed . Easy to retold . Beautiful color.

First bag was defective - snap broke first use.The bag is great and fits a lot of items. Not unzipped fully, the bag works great as a "personal" item for planes. Staps carry a lot of weight with no issue.Only improvement would be the zipper that is for when you pack it back up to the little case size - that actually becomes a side pocket with zipper. However the zipper goes all the way around and ends on the bottom of the pocket when using as a bag. If this was a double zipper, the pocket would be easier to use. I kept tissues and gum in it, incase it fell out when unzipping to access it wasnt anything to be upset over losing.

Used twice and the zipper ripped from the fabric and the inside seams started coming apart. Only used twice as carry on bag for under the seat on a plane so it was far from overstuffed. Do not recommend

This is going to be my very favorite bag. Fold up small and expands to different sizes depending on what space I need. I highly recommend this bag.

I've just used this on 4 flights and 2 busses in Africa and 2 flights and several trains in Europe, and it still looks brand new. It can be shortened (with bottom zipper) or squatted down (with side snaps) to fit various airline dimensions. It easily fits over my shoulder, slips over my suitcase handle, and fits under the seat and was easy to access my stuff in any position.The only slight thing I would change is that the outer pocket (into which it folds) unzips in a way that stuff can too easily fall out of the pocket. (see photo) A flap of fabric could easily solve this problem, and the bag would still fold easily into the pocket for storage.Other than that, it's a great bag at a very good price!

Love this duffel bag. It saved me from having a $100 fee due to my overweight suitcase, at the check-in counter. I stepped aside and shoved all of my shoes into it and then my suitcase checked in without overweight fees. I like the pretty pink color also!

This bag is huge. Holds way more than I expected with essy access outside pocket for travel documents and keys etc. It makes going through the airport so much easier than my regular carry on. It slips over the suit see handle freeing up my hands at the ticket counter and managing the escalators!
