Perfect fit for a Pyle 6.5" subwoofer. Item arrived well before the estimated delivery date and was well packaged. The grill is made out of stamped metal with a thin rubber gasket on the perimeter. Looks to be made reasonably well and certainly will do the job. Does not come with screws. For less than fifteen bucks...can't go wrong.

Very soft and flimsy, tabs don’t attach to grill.Garbage.
