I ordered and installed this rider backrest on my 2019 Harley Davidson, Tri-Glide and it is very well made and easy enough to intall. I would have given my review 5 stars rather than 4, but I had to figure out on my own there is an adjustment on the mount (not just the 4 mounting holes) that will slightly move the backrest forward, but information about that in not included in the instructions or video. One major thing you have to watch out for is the screw adjustment on the front of the mount which is designed to tighten into the backrest post to secure the backrest once you push it into the slot. You will also find that the backrest post that slides into that slot has NOTCHES in it that the screw you tighten "catches" on. That is good to prevent someone from stealing your backrest, but unfortunately, because if it is tight enough to secure it inside the mount, once the adjustment screw catches on one of those notches, noone (even you ) can pull the backrest out. I considerd this a major issue that I compensated for by cutting a thin piece of tin to the post size and sliding it down into the slot. I then I pushed the backrest post into the slot behind the piece of metal so the adjustment screw contacts the "smooth" metal and does not catch on the slots of the backrest post. Then you can tighten the adjustment screw enough to secure the backrest in place when you push it into the slot, but can also remove it if/when you want to take it off. Once I made these adjustments, I am pleased with the quality and comfort of the backrest.

... is not available for the moment. I'm glad I got mine before that happened. Here's the deal: I got the box, way ahead of projected delivery date. Well packed, sturdy box, everything wrapped in foam or plastic covering. I was more impressed than I thought I might be with the thickness of the metal parts, the punched adjustment holes were clean, no burrs, and the paint on the hardware is thick and shiny. Then the problems set in. I saw where this, in its current incarnation, just was not going to fit my 2010 FLHR without serious modifications. I requested a return authorization from X Moto through Amazon, and Amazon told me I may not get one, and that the seller, X Moto was under not obligation to give me one or pay the return shipping as would be the case with a product from Prime.Welp, to my absolute amazement, not 12 hours later, X Moto sent me an eMail with not only an RA, but a printable shipping label and a respectful request for information on the reason for the return, in detail if I would. Mind you, they had already issued an RA. They only wanted to know how they could improve the product so others wouldn't have the problems I did. So, if they were that interested in making improvements to their product line, I didn't mind tossing in my $0.02. I laid out all that I could find wrong with fitment and things that might help in the assembly and installation process for the mechanically challenged. They asked for pictures if I could get them, I did that but Amazon's server kicked back the eMail with the photos as a 'security issue'. I run a Chromebook/Linux, so maybe there were some comm. problems. Anyway, I told X Moto I decided to keep the unit, it is easily as sturdy as the HD parts, is less than half the price, and the upholstery is just as good, maybe better, this one zips off easily and has a swivel barrel on the back to accomodate leaning back a little, and they worked out a deal with me, since I was going to have it upholstered to match my seat anyway.XMoto, in my experience, went above and beyond my expectations customer service-wise, so I will do business with them again should I need anything they may have. That can't be said of every 3rd party seller on Amazon, so I hope this backrest becomes available again at some point for you Road King riders out there that may be thinking about springing for one, meanwhile, I'm gonna make mine work.
