I purchased this to cover some rust spots on my 2010 Nissan Murano around the wheel well. I applied it in cold weather because I am impatient and didnt feel like waiting for spring. It adhered and has not came off after washing the car and normal driving, although I think it would be better applied in warmer weather. The strips were not long enough to do two wheels with a larger SUV type vehicle, so I would need one roll for each tire with left over; you could technically combine two smaller pieces, but the seam would be visible. My vehicle happens to have the rear doors split over the wheel well, which means I have to cut the strip there. I would suggest using a razor knife, and installing it as two separate pieces, because if you install it as one strip and then cut it, it creates an uneven cut due to tension on the OD of the strip as it bends around the wheel well. Otherwise its good stuff. Its cheap enough that it could be replaced if it was damaged or came off.
